The Vialenc house is a colonial style villa, made of wood and stone foundations dating from 1870. It was the house of the first Doctor of the island Mr. Louis Vialenc from 1940 to 1960 and as such is part of the history of the island of St Barthelemy. The details of the architecture are superb both in the balustrades, the windows, the floors and the frame. Entirely renovated in 2005 by specialized craftsmen, it offers all the modern comforts you are looking for. Your vacations in this place will be full of charm. At the entrance of Gustavia, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and stores are just a few steps away. Shell Beach is a few minutes walk away. You will enjoy your stay in St Barths.

Nice 3 bedroom house, sea view, in Saint Barthelemy. Located in the heights of Lurin with view on the islands of St Kitts, St Eustatius and Saba. It is very bright, refreshed by the sea breeze; it will provide you with rest throughout your stay. You will enjoy its infinity pool, its large terrace and its small tropical garden. Each room has a terrace access. The American kitchen will allow you to have all the comfort and to cook in family close to yours that they are on the terrace or in the lounge. A small courtyard behind the kitchen and accessible by the parking lot allows you to dispose of your beach stuff when you come back from your sea bathing and to enjoy the BBQ.
A large solarium on the roof allows you to sunbathe peacefully.
