Situated just above the Toiny Beach, you will enter the villa from the two-car private parking area above and behind the villa. A walkway lined with palm trees and bougainvillea brings you to the picturesque terrace, with a mosaic of a sailboat created by a well-known St.Barth’s mosaic artist. A combined kitchen and living room (salon) opens up to sea, with a protected dining area with a teak dining table for six, and a charming reading room just behind it. Across the terracotta terrace from the salon is an air-conditioned bedroom with attached bathroom, a queen-size bed, and breathtaking views of the sea. It overlooks another outdoor dining area protected from the sun by a flower-laden pergola, and the swimming pool. The second bedroom is on the far side of the pool, also with a queen-size bed, an attached private bathroom, and office area, and a private, shaded back terrace with outdoor shower. The proximity of the swimming pool, dining area, and pool patio with deckchairs and a large sun umbrella make it an ideal space for lounging by the pool for long afternoons of lunch, drinking rosé, and cooling off in the pool.
